Exercise and Movement

The target goal for exercise is 150min of moderate exercise per week.  Very few Canadians actually achieve this weekly.

It is important that exercise be incorporated into your normal schedule.  Our clinic will help you set achievable targets for exercise to build healthy exercise habits that will lead to lasting change.

It is important to choose activities that bring enjoyment such that you will begin to look forward to this part of your day.  Everyone is different in their interests and abilities but the good news is that there is no one type of exercise for all so that everyone can have an individualized plan.
